New Year, New Website For Your Club

Dear Fellow Members,

It is with great pleasure and excitement that we introduce the new Lavallette Yacht Club website and mobile app. It is our hope that the new website will more effectively communicate the many benefits of membership and assist our members in taking advantage of all that the Club has to offer.  

Among other things, the new LYC website features:

• a Crew Finder that allows skippers to find crew and vice versa

• more comprehensive platforms for our junior and adult sailing programs, including the ability to request private lessons

• an interactive events schedule and "This Week at LYC" page

• displays of our everyday menu, weekly specials and bar menu

• a volunteer opportunity board and club committees page

• an electronic application process for marina slips

• current and historic issues of The Scuttlebutt

• an online store for The Hut (coming soon)

Just like the prior website, our new website has a Member’s Only section.  Your current house account number and password will work here just as it currently does.  In addition, for the privacy of our membership, we have password-protected certain pages of the new website (indicated as "Guest Area" pages).  To access these pages, enter the password indicated on your Member's Only page under "Member Info".

Finally, our new responsive design will allow for ease of navigation across all devices -- even your mobile phone and tablet.  To add the mobile version of the new website as an app, visit our website on your mobile device and follow these step-by-step instructions for your iPhone or iPad or Android device.
